LORD JONES

Line Refine Eye Cream is among my most significant accomplishments at Lord Jones. My work spanned conception to product placement. I sourced the component; acquired and presented pricing; placed the PO; created and managed the timeline; worked closely with the manufacturer on production and tooling; approved range boards, primary artwork, and worked with my printer to ensure the secondary was engineered properly; and finally secondary artwork. A U.S. patent was filed under my name by Redwood after final production. I also did problem-solving, improvement of existing designs, sourcing of primary packaging not yet on the market, and continuous research/knowledge regarding sustainability and greenwashing - a secret passion of mine! I also handled tasks such as sending out goop and componentry for testing or conducting a fill tests. I do whatever is needed to support my team and create a successful product launch.

Included in my wheelhouse is a rolodex of vendors with whom I’ve maintained strong and close relationships. They enable me to bring my best to the collaborative table.

One example: LJ was able to quickly remain a legal cannabis brand because of a small 3ply label applied to the secondary that I developed with one of my vendors. LJ was one of the first brands to include all newly required state regulations on their packaging.
